We are looking for a talented and motivated Growth & Acquisition Manager to join our products team. He/she will have a major impact on Colu’s growth in cities, tackling both strategic and operational challenges, with a high level of ownership, visibility, and responsibility.
He/she will be responsible for the creation, testing, and continuous monitoring of the performance of different acquisition channels for our customers, from creatives to landing pages in order to optimize overall conversion and CPA.
We are looking for a problem solver and data driven person who will drive key decisions while being creative with brainstorming customer hypotheses.


  • Develop the right local acquisition strategy for each marketing city manager you manage
  • Identify new opportunities for traffic growth that align with our product roadmap
  • Develop alternative local acquisition channels, both online and offline that suit the stage of each city: events and meetups, online local communities, city council, social, etc.
  • Skilled analysis of consumer needs and traffic opportunities
  • Resurrection of users - work with the products team on revive inactive users and bring them back through in-app and out-of-app channels
  • Deliver data-driven thought-leadership to accelerate growth, backed by skilled analysis of consumer needs and traffic opportunities as well as effective synthesis and communication of high-impact and actionable recommendations
  • Analyzing historical data and trends to make decisions around budget allocation
  • Running our customer and referral program across all markets
  • 3-5 years of general work experience as growth PM/growth marketing/User acquisition manager at a consumer startup.
  • Experience in the UK market - advantage.
  • 2+ years of management experience.
  • Expertise with SQL, Excel, Google AdWords, Google Analytics and other analytical tools.
  • Experience in online and offline local acquisition channels.
  • Experience with landing pages, microcopy, performance marketing, and web user experience (UX) - advantage.
  • Experience with cohort analysis, LTV models as well as financial and growth modeling
  • Ability to identify and prioritize strategic initiatives; eager to “think big” about attracting consumer
  • Fluent communication and interpersonal skills both verbal and written
  • Motivated to work hard in a fast-paced environment, and enjoy balancing numerous priorities and demands
  • UK market expertise is an advantage
