CoinDCX is looking for a brilliant and capable customer support specialist to ensure that the consumers using our service are having a great experience, every single time.

The ideal candidate will have customer facing experience -preferably with a start-up and possess a deep understanding of what it takes to keep users not just satisfied, but delighted.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Personally engage users to understand their questions and deliver total satisfaction
- Interacting with live users and helping them understand the basics of the platform
- Using advanced support tools to maximize the output while interacting with users
- Learn more about the product and communicate with tech team to improve the product and services.

REQUIREMENTS
- Personable demeanor with a “can do” attitude and takes pride in helping customers
- Computer proficiency required; familiarity with Freshdesk gives you bonus points
- A desire to work in a fast-paced environment that evolves with customer needs
- Excellent written and oral communication skills; strong interpersonal communication
